Pow'r Wrap Baseball Bat Weight
The donut, bat weight, or whatever you call it is an essential piece of equipment for any team. Many people think that it's sole purpose is to warm a player up before they hit. While it is the most common use, it's not necessarily it's only use.

The Donut can be used in practice to help increase hand eye coordination as well as wrist and hand strength. The best part about this too is that they can both be done at the same time. Have your players hit soft toss or off of a tee while the weight is on. The heavier bat will strengthen their arms while the donut makes a hitter have less area of the bat to hit the ball with. Every team should have more than one of these simple yet effective tools.
